This simulation is a powerful way to stimulate a new way of thinking within the IT Organization. It can help create dialogue and helps employees better understand how to improve their own way of working—from where they are now (traditional Service Management) towards a more Agile Service Management approach. This is not a large implementation project, but rather a series of small, incremental steps based on their own motivation.

Since it is aimed at exploring and experiencing a new way of working, this simulation does not require any specific knowledge to participate.

Paul Wilkinson
Paul Wilkinson

Paul has over 40 years of experience in ITSM, covering roles from operations to IT management. He contributed to the development of ITIL Practitioner and its Agile-aligned Guiding Principles. As Business Development Director at GamingWorks, he co-created popular simulation games like ‘Apollo 13 – an ITSM case experience’. He also co-authored the ‘ABC of ICT’ and has delivered workshops to over 5000 organizations worldwide.
